IT Support Technician (projects) – MSP | Melbourne
This role is with a Melbourne-based Managed Services Provider supporting SMB and not-for-profit organisations across Victoria and interstate. Known for strong client relationships and end-to-end IT delivery, this is a stable MSP with a genuine focus on service quality.
The role
A hands-on position with a strong project delivery focus, while also supporting escalated L2 issues.
You'll work directly with clients, own outcomes, and deliver practical, well-designed solutions.
Key experience
* 3+ years in IT support or project-based roles
* MSP or multi-client environment experience
* Microsoft 365 (incl. complex migrations)
* Azure & AWS
* Exchange / SharePoint migrations
* Networking, VoIP & business applications
* Ticketing, RMM & PSA tools
Ideal for an engineer who enjoys variety, autonomy, and client-facing work within a well-established MSP.
