About The Role
We're all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Business Analyst, you will provide business analysis, stakeholder engagement and technical support across projects and initiatives within Transformation. You will analyse complex business problems, elicit and document requirements, and help shape solutions that deliver measurable value.
You will work with a level of autonomy on smaller initiatives and contribute alongside Senior Business Analysts on larger, more complex programs of work. Your strong analytical mindset and understanding of business systems will enable you to assess customer needs, prioritise opportunities and support successful delivery outcomes.
Day To Day, You'll
* Elicit, analyse and document business, stakeholder and solution requirements using a range of facilitation and analytical techniques
* Own and manage requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure successful implementation and stakeholder acceptance
* Analyse current and future state processes to identify gaps, business needs and value opportunities
* Support system design, process reviews and functional design activities
* Assess feasibility and compatibility of proposed solutions with existing systems
* Work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver agreed outcomes within timeframes
* Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements

About You
It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
* Experience in a business analysis or analytical role, ideally within a project or program environment
* Strong experience in requirements elicitation, workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement
* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non‐technical stakeholders
* Strong analytical, organisational and problem‐solving skills
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change
* A collaborative and inclusive working style aligned to our values of courage, empathy and excellence
