Customer Service Agent (Casual, Fixed-Term)
Location: 31 Troode St, West Perth – 100% office based. Contract Duration: Mid‐July to mid‐October 2026. Roster: Monday to Friday 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM; Saturday to Sunday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Pay: $34.79 per hour + Superannuation + Penalty Rates on weekend shifts.
About the Role
As a Casual Customer Service Agent you will be the first point of contact for the public, assisting with inbound calls and enquiries related to a major Australian Government survey. Your role involves delivering accurate information and a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls on behalf of an Australian Government project.
* Assist customers with survey‐related enquiries.
* Provide clear, accurate, and helpful information.

Requirements
* Must be based in Perth.
* Must be an Australian Citizen.
* Minimum 18 years old.
* Ability to work full‐time in office at the specified location.
* Excellent communication skills, including listening, empathy, and friendly conversation.
* Strong computer literacy and multitasking abilities.
* Self‐motivation and willingness to learn new skills.
* Resilience and ability to perform at highest level.
