An exciting opportunity has opened up, and together we are seeking a talented, experienced, and dedicated Customer Care Officer to join their team.
This role is Monday to Friday
This role is for an immediate start
Duties include, but are not limited to:
* Inbound and outbound customer relations of order follow-ups, including delivery and stock issues
* Product support to the sales team and customers
* Coordinating the postage of sales team collateral needs, management of marketing materials request board
* Support in-field sales force in relation to customer follow-ups as required
* Coordinating payment and release of orders for COD accounts
* Management of Breeder, Kennel, and Groomer accounts
* Process new account applications
* Maintain and update existing customer accounts
* Coordinating e-communications with direct customer base
* Processing sponsorship, direct to consumer and breeder orders
* Back-up support for other functions including reception as required
* Provide assistance to the National Sales and Vet Strategy Manager as required
Essential Criteria:
* Experience in a similar role is advantageous
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrate good knowledge and ability to utilise Microsoft suite of products, including Word and excel
* Data entry experience, ideally using a CRM system
* Good organisational skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Maintain a flexible and adaptable approach to work
