RESPONSIBILITIES
* Planning the design and execution of test cases
* Identify opportunities to improve system quality and testability
* Analyse requirements to ensure verifiability of data systems
* Provide support and advice to the team on quality matters
* Appraise the Test Lead on the progress and any schedule slippage
COMPETENCIES
* 5+ years as a QA Analyst with experience in ETL projects
* Experience across the SDLC and well versed in test methodologies
* Experience testing APIs and ETL jobs
* Knowledge of SQL, stored procedures and data validation
* Experience with AWS-based cloud deployments
* Able to liaise with key stakeholders and development teams
* Experience with Agile methodologies
* Defect management using JIRA
* Experience with development environment using Git, Jira and Confluence
* Finance experience and a customer-centric mindset
