About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to fill the role of Legal Administration Assistant.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to provide administrative support and work closely with our legal team.

* Key Responsibilities include attending to in-bound calls, general reception duties, preparing documents and forms, managing office duties, electronic and manual filing, and performing other administrative tasks as requested.


Required Skills and Qualifications

* Previous experience in an administration or customer service role, preferably in an office setting.
* A proactive and conscientious approach.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Proficiency in legal research databases (desired but not essential).
