About the Role
* Coordinate new build projects from initial deposit through planning stages
* Present designs, quotes, and planning documentation to clients
* Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Manage client contact and maintain accurate project databases as jobs progress
* Support smooth handover from pre-construction to site teams
About You
* Experience in residential construction, ideally in building/project coordination, planning, or tender presentation
* Strong technical knowledge of the building process
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and other project management systems
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
