**About the role**:
- Assist with coordinating input and drafting papers, briefings, correspondence, and presentations
- Prepare reports and correspondence, case summaries and official documents
- Communicate, interpret, and explain policies and procedures within the organisation
- Perform independent research and analysis, reporting findings as an integral part of court proceedings and commission submissions.
- Identify problems and use sound judgment to create and improve processes and approaches
**About you**:
- Previous experience providing program support
- Build productive and working relationships with key stakeholders
- Ideally previous experience working in a case management capacity
- You will have excellent organisation and time management skills
- You will have solid understanding of policy and legislative interpretation
