We are seeking enthusiastic, energetic and highly flexibleindividuals to join our Bethanie Community South Metro team as apart- time Qualified Support Worker supportingareas within the South West (Bunbury)region.
Whilst you use your own car we offer a travel allowanceof $0.92 per kilometre.
To be considered for this role you will be available towork:
* Permanent part time (minimum 20 hours per weekguaranteed)
* Working shifts between the hours of 8:00am – 3:00pmacrossMonday to Friday.
About the role:
* Professionally deliver a variety of services (includingcommunity outings, food, leisure, supporting hobbies andinterests)
* All personal care tasks and outcomes are met and documentedappropriately
* Provide respect and compassion to clients
* Support customer with transport to appointments
* Provide social support to customers spending time doing thethings they love
About you:
* Previous experience within an Aged Care, or Community Careenvironment desired
* Cert 3 in Individual Support, Aged Care or Disability
* Ability to work independently, as well as part of ateam
* Ability to ensure safety and wellbeing of clients aremaintained
* Drivers licence, and access to a reliable vehicle
* Current Police Clearance, or willingness to apply forone
* Willing to obtain required vaccinations – 1x covidand annual flu vaccination
