The opportunity:

We are currently seeking multiple Home Care Workers to join our compassionate and dedicated team. In this role, you'll provide individualised, flexible, and high-quality care to people in the community, helping them maintain their independence and live well in their own homes.

Duties will include but not limited to: -

* Assisting in the provision of individualised care using a consumer-directed approach
* Helping clients with activities of daily living according to their care plans, including personal care, domestic assistance, and social support
* Ensuring privacy, confidentiality, and dignity for all clients
* Responding to emergency situations using first aid
* Maintaining accurate records of client care
* Reporting any incidents or hazards

What you will need:

* Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or Community Services is highly desired
* Current Australian Driver's License and willing to travel
* Registered and insured vehicle
* Compassion, empathy, and a passion for helping others
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Confidence in using technology
