Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organisational development strategy, you will play a vital role in strengthening our capability and supporting the growth of our future workforce.
Your primary responsibilities will include designing and facilitating our Graduate Program, coordinating development activities for apprentices and trainees, and creating engaging e-learning content aligned to our organisational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, deliver and enhance our Graduate Program (workshops, pathways, coaching, activities).
* Support apprentices and trainees with onboarding, progression and development.
* Create and maintain e-learning modules using tools like Articulate 360 and Camtasia.
* Facilitate engaging virtual and face-to-face workshops, inductions and training sessions.
* Partner with leaders and SMEs to develop practical learning solutions.
* Manage training records, reporting and learning systems.
* Support broader L&D initiatives and capability-building projects.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Education, Training, or a related field.
* Proven experience in Learning and Development, preferably in a similar industry.
* Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
