We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanic to join our team at Moffat Beach Mechanical in Moffat Beach, Queensland. As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of a wide range of vehicles. This is a full-time role, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
What you'll be doing
* Diagnosing and repairing light vehicles
* Performing routine maintenance such as oil changes, tune-ups, and safety inspections
* Maintaining accurate records of work performed and parts used
* Ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality and safety
* Providing exceptional customer service and communicating effectively with clients
What we're looking for
* Relevant trade qualification or equivalent experience as a Mechanic
* Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including petrol and diesel engines, transmissions, and electrical components
* Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle makes and models
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Commitment to providing high-quality work and exceptional customer service
