Lead the accurate and timely processing of supplier payments in line with HCP/ guidelines and compliance standards.
Act as a subject-matter expert and mentor for junior Accounts Payable Partners.
Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, escalations, and supplier queries with professionalism and care.
Support audit preparation and maintain clear, compliant financial records.
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to boost efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate across Finance, Care, and Operations to deliver seamless service outcomes.
You'll play a vital part in shaping how Trilogy Care manages financial excellence while contributing to a purpose-driven organisation that values people and progress.
What You'll Do
Oversee daily accounts payable operations and ensure payment accuracy.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows.
Provide training, mentoring, and support to team members.
Manage complex queries and supplier escalations.
Maintain reporting on invoices, processing performance, and compliance trends.
Contribute to system optimisation projects and process automation.
What You'll Bring
3+ years' experience in Accounts Payable, ideally within aged care, healthcare, or community services.
Strong knowledge of finance systems, invoice portals, and Excel (ERP experience highly regarded).
A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with attention to detail.
Experience mentoring or supporting team members.
