The Opportunity Join an established health tech organisation that is investing heavily in data-driven decision-making. Reporting to the Business Intelligence & Insights Lead, you will own the full Power BI stack-from data-warehouse views through to dazzling dashboards that help frontline and executive stakeholders see the story behind the numbers. This is a hands-on, senior role where you'll mentor other analysts, champion best practice, and shape the BI roadmap. What You'll Do End-to-end solutions - Design, develop and deploy robust Power BI solutions, including SQL views, dataflows, semantic models and interactive dashboards. Secure by design - Define and maintain role-based security across workspaces, apps and reports; periodically review controls with Governance leads. Engage & influence - Translate business questions into technical requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams to surface the KPIs that matter. Raise the bar - Set the standard for M Query, DAX, dataflows and reusable datasets; review peers' work and optimise legacy reports. Insights that land - Deliver high-performance visualisations and ad-hoc analysis that drive risk mitigation, operational efficiency and strategic planning. Document & share - Produce clear technical documentation and promote BI best practices across the organisation. About You Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems or similar. 7 years building enterprise-grade Power BI solutions (end-to-end). Deep expertise in SQL (complex queries, view creation) and DAX (CALCULATE, time-intelligence, advanced measures). Strong command of Power Query (M) and experience working with diverse data sources (SQL Server, Azure, APIs, Oracle, SharePoint, Dataverse, etc.). Solid grounding in relational, tabular and multi-dimensional modelling plus data-warehousing concepts. Comfortable in agile environments; able to juggle multiple priorities while keeping quality high.
