Workforce Navigator Program: We offer 1:1 relocation consultant support for new Mental Health employees to assist with finding housing, childcare/education (if applicable), partner employment (if applicable), social groups & integration into our community to assist in the transition to Shepparton, regional Victoria.

In the Transition to Mental Health Nurse role an opportunity exists for a Registered Nurse to explore a rewarding career and gain experience in various mental health nurse settings including bed based units and a range of experiences in our community teams and specialised residential care. The 12-month structured, supported program includes access to specialty study days, regular clinical supervision/reflective practice and opportunity to explore post graduate qualifications in mental health nursing while developing and consolidating mental health nursing skills. The role is an opportunity to engage in autonomous practice while working as a member of a multidisciplinary team and in partnership with individuals, families, networks working towards recovery goals.

8. Has successfully completed a graduate year in registered nursing and has a range of experiences in nursing
9. Has a commitment to professional development, service development and evaluation
10. Have a commitment to mental health nursing for people with serious mental health issues
