We are seeking an experienced Credit Risk Modelling Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage and engage senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, on key modeling projects. You will lead a team of data scientists and maintain a suite of models related to credit risk, commercial outcomes, and customer attributes. This is a strategic, Line 1 role reporting to the product team, focusing on finding the right balance between academic accuracy and practical business needs. What You’ll Do: Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to create and implement a diverse range of data models. Manage and govern models related to expected loss, lifetime value, and provisioning. Support the development of model understanding for investors, funders, and other key stakeholders. Refine the company’s credit risk strategy and policies to align with business goals and regulatory requirements. Guide and support the credit and risk teams, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making. Stay up-to-date on industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies that could impact our credit risk strategy and lending products.
