Senior Executive Assistant
This role requires a highly skilled and organized individual to provide executive support to the Deputy Director General, Schools. The ideal candidate will have exceptional time management skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain accurate records.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a broad range of administrative and operational responsibilities, including appointment scheduling, enquiry management, and the coordination and quality assurance of Ministerial responses and briefing documents.
Key Responsibilities:
