Customer Service / Administration Officer
We are a locally owned and growing business in Sale, supplying industries across Gippsland including hospitality, aged care, education, medical, industrial and retail. We pride ourselves on great customer service, quality products and building strong community connections.
The Opportunity
You will be the face of our family business. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. From helping customers at the counter, processing orders, answering calls and emails, to supporting warehouse operations.
This position is full time. Monday to Friday, 7.30am-4.30pm.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service via shopfront, phone and email
* Process orders using our inventory management system
* Complete administrative tasks and maintain office supplies
* Support daily warehouse operations, including manual handling (up to 20kg) and standing for extended periods
* Assist in maintaining an organised, safe and efficient workplace
About You
* Self-motivated with the ability to complete tasks without assistance
* A customer-first attitude with excellent communication skills
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
* High attention to detail and accuracy in work
* Be able to work diligently under pressure
* Previous administration and/or customer service experience is an advantage
* Positive, reliable and a team player
