About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to deliver high-quality service, maintenance and repairs across a range of air conditioning systems while providing excellent customer service.
Reporting directly to the Service Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
* Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective repairs
* Maintaining accurate service reports and documentation
* Managing service schedules and completing jobs efficiently
* Ensuring all work complies with industry and company standards
* Performing routine maintenance and servicing of air conditioning systems
* Communicating clearly with customers regarding system performance and solutions
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* White Card (Construction Induction)
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Current ARTIC / Refrigerant Handling Licence
* Ability to work both independently and within a team
* Experience with ServiceM8 (desirable, not essential)
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Proven experience in HVAC service and maintenance
* Current Australian driver's licence with a strong driving record
