Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Consultant role located in Gold Coast, QLD. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, conducting property appraisals, and developing marketing strategies. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating deals, and staying updated on market trends. The role requires collaboration with team members and delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property knowledge
* Strong Sales and Negotiation skills
* Willingness to participate in ongoing Training and professional development
* Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
* Valid real estate registration or license for practice in Queensland
