Senior Project Manager Role
This is a key leadership position at a national contractor, responsible for overseeing large-scale HVAC projects. The role involves ensuring safe and high-quality delivery across complex commercial builds.
The Opportunity
* Lead mechanical packages for commercial, healthcare, education and mixed-use developments.
* Manage engineering, site and subcontractor teams to drive performance and meet milestones.
* Built relationships with Tier I builders, consultants and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Full project oversight including planning, programming, procurement and delivery.
* Manage engineering, site and subcontractor teams to drive performance and ensure milestones are met.
* Build relationships with Tier I builders, consultants and key stakeholders.
* Ensure mechanical services meet the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance.
* Oversee commercial management, claims, variations and reporting.
* Provide leadership across project engineering teams and contribute to broader project strategy.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record delivering $10m+ HVAC projects for Tier I builders. Strong commercial and contractual understanding within D&C environments is essential.
