As Branch Manager / Principal Consultant, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a small, close-knit team while managing a caseload aligned with your strengths. You will lead by example, foster a culture of excellence, and support your team to achieve great outcomes without the pressure of billable targets.
Position details:
* Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members
* Manage a small branch with input into strategy, operations, and growth
* Maintain your own caseload with autonomy and flexibility
* Foster strong relationships with insurers, employers, and key stakeholders
* Promote a positive team culture and uphold service excellence
* Contribute to service development, quality improvement, and repeat referrals
Caseload Details:
* Comcare and ACT Workers Compensation claims
* Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs)
* Activities of Daily Living (ADL) assessments
* Ergonomic and Workplace Assessments
* Case management and stakeholder liaison
Requirements:
* Tertiary Qualifications in Occupational Therapy with AHPRA Registration
* Experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation
* A Driver's License and Car
* Have excellent communication skills and a kind, compassionate nature
