About the role
- This is a retail‐based position where you'll provide a high level of customer service within our Personal Finance department.
- Complete all transactions in line with compliant practices (Regulative, legislative and operational).
- Use your Personal Finance knowledge to assist customers in finding personal finance solutions.
- Proactively promote Personal Finance throughout the rest of the store to generate new business.
- Liaise with customers using the highest levels of respect, professionalism & diligence.
- Work towards achieving individual and store targets.
About you
- You will understand the sales process and be passionate about meeting targets.
- Be able to build outstanding relationships and encourage repeat business with our loyal customer base.
- Ideally you will have a basic understanding of the personal finance industry and its principals.
- Be interested in Technology and have basic Microsoft suite skills.
- Have previous experience in a customer service role.
