We are seeking a passionate administrator to join the hard-working team as Export and Administration Officer.
Based in Canning Vale, and reporting to the Logistics Manager and Sales Manager, the Export and Administration Officer will support the Logistics Manager and Sales Manager in organising and completing export documentation and general administration and customer service duties.
Training will be provided for the right candidate; export experience is favorable but not necessary.
Responsibilities: Preparing and ensuring documents are completed accurately for overseas customersRaise RFP's / Complete RFP's and obtain health certificatesBooking Fumigation and submitting request formsComplete sandalwood tracking forms within required timePrepare Certificates of OriginCheck & obtain original Bills of LadingChecking Letter of Credits to ensure they meet contract requirementsComply with Letter of Credit create Bank Drafts and LodgementsArrange any other documents required by the customer or country requirementsEnsure compliance with international trade regulations and requirements of importing countriesMaintain accurate records of all export documentationCollaborate with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of ordersMaintain an organized system for tracking ordersGeneral admin and reception dutiesSupporting Sales Manager and Logistics Manager as requiredThe successful applicant will: Previous experience in a documentation and/or shipping role advantageousExceptional Customer Service skillsThe ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy in a fast paced work environmentExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workloadMicrosoft skill in Outlook, Word and ExcelAbility to work with minimum supervision and work as part of a tight knit teamBe able to use own initiativeHigh level of attention to detail and accuracy, and efficient data entry skillsStrong computer literacy skills including Excel, Word and OutlookAbility to respond calmly in difficult situations maintaining a strong customer service focusEnergetic, passionate and enthusiasticTakes initiativeWhy join our team?
