- $34.33 per hour inclusive of casual loading
- transport and logistics experience an advantage
- Temp to perm position - permanency after successful completion of 500 hours or 14 weeks

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to support the daily operational needs of a large refrigeration transport and logistics company.
**Primary Roles and Responsibility**
- Provide a superior customer service experience with a positive attitude
- High level administrative skills
- Answer and screen telephone calls for all staff members and take messages when appropriate
- Ensure that requests for assistance are directed to the appropriate staff member in a timely manner
- Perform general typing and administrative assignments including scanning filling, and data entry as and when required
- Maintain a good working relationship with the management and staff
- Handle initial customer inquiries and complaints before passing on further
- Communicate effectively and courteously with all employees and external customers
- Assist with the ordering of stationery and office items as and when required
- Any other duty as reasonably directed
**To be successful you will need to demonstrate**:
- Working knowledge of data and administrative practices and procedures
- Strong knowledge of MS Office programs
- SAP experience an advantage
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised
- Calendar management and scheduling experience
- Be a proactive team member with a dynamic and committed work ethic
