Job Title: IT Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our team on a six-month contract basis. The successful candidate will be based at our client site in Albury, NSW, providing second-level end-user IT support and problem resolution.
1. Desktop Support: Install, set up, and configure desktop PCs and laptops, diagnose and resolve hardware issues.
2. MS Teams Support: Provide technical assistance with MS Teams meeting room equipment.
3. General IT Support: Offer troubleshooting and assistance as required on-site.
4. Incident Management: Manage incidents, knowledge base articles, tasks, and assets within the Service Management tool.
5. Stockroom Management: Maintain the stock/build room in a tidy and organized manner.
6. eWaste Management: Ensure proper e-waste disposal.
7. User Training: Facilitate user training sessions.
8. Project Work: Assist with project-related activities.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in supporting IT technologies, including PC & Laptop Hardware, Windows 11, Outlook, MS Teams, and MS Office.
* An understanding of networking fundamentals.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
* A driver's license is required for occasional site visits.
