About the Role As Capital Works Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of a rolling portfolio of infrastructure projects, overseeing delivery across a variety of technical and support service facilities. These are not headline public buildings—but they are mission-critical, forming the operational backbone of essential government services. You will be responsible for project planning, procurement, design management, stakeholder engagement, construction oversight, and handover. Working alongside government clients, consultants and delivery partners, you’ll manage all aspects of scope, budget, compliance, and execution—while driving standards, anticipating risks, and ensuring delivery aligns with operational needs.
