This role will carry a dual focus, driving sales equally for DynamicsSmartz solutions and Netsmartz’s broader IT services portfolio in the Australian market.
Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and versatile IT Sales Executive to expand our footprint in Australia. You will be responsible for cultivating new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals across two focus areas:
- Microsoft Dynamics ERP/CRM solutions (via DynamicsSmartz)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in Microsoft Dynamics solutions and Netsmartz IT services.
- Generate and qualify leads, build a strong pipeline, and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Leverage professional networks and build new relationships within the Australian market.
- Collaborate with offshore presales and delivery teams to design solutions that meet client needs.
- Deliver engaging presentations, proposals, and solution demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to successfully close deals.
- Stay informed about technology trends, competitor activities, and evolving business needs in Australia.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs across both divisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of successful IT sales experience in Australia, with proven results in enterprise or mid-market segments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics ERP/CRM (Dynamics 365, Business Central, NAV, F&O;, CRM).
- Exposure to or experience in AI, Data, DevOps, and Security solutions.
- Well-developed professional network and a strong understanding of Australian business culture.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to balance multiple solution portfolios and collaborate with global delivery teams.
- Goal-oriented, self-driven, and motivated to exceed expectations.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
