About the Role
Summerstar Tourist Parks is seeking an experienced, capable, and hands-on Park Management Couple to lead Capricorn Holiday Park, a large and well-established tourist park located in the heart of Carnarvon.
This is a senior, on-site leadership role with full responsibility for park operations, guest experience, staff management, maintenance, compliance, and the operation and oversight of the on-site Car Wash, which forms an important part of the business.

What You'll Be Doing
As Park Managers, you will jointly lead all aspects of the park's operation. Typically, one of you will focus more heavily on office, administration, and people leadership, while the other will lead grounds, maintenance, and infrastructure, though both roles are fully hands-on and collaborative.
Park Operations & Leadership
* Full responsibility for day-to-day park operations and presentation
* Leading, supervising, and supporting park staff across office, grounds, and housekeeping
* Managing rosters, timesheets, and wage control
* Ensuring compliance with WHS, environmental, and operational standards
* Acting as the primary on-site decision-makers, including after-hours response
Guest Experience & Administration
* Overseeing reservations, reception, and guest services
* Managing guest feedback, complaints, and resolutions professionally
* Ensuring accurate use of RMS and associated systems
* Financial oversight including daily takings, banking, and basic reporting
Grounds, Maintenance & Assets
* Maintaining high standards across grounds, amenities, accommodation, and facilities
* Planning and completing routine maintenance and repairs
* Managing contractors and suppliers
* Overseeing pools, irrigation, plant, equipment, and vehicles
Car Wash Operations
* Day-to-day oversight of the on-site Car Wash facility
* Monitoring cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the Car Wash
* Coordinating maintenance, consumables, and fault reporting
* Managing cashless/payment systems and basic reporting
* Ensuring the Car Wash operates safely, efficiently, and in line with Summerstar standards

What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as caravan park managers, assistant managers ready to step up, or equivalent hospitality leaders
* Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
* Practical, hands-on maintenance capability across the couple
* Solid administrative, financial, and computer skills (RMS experience highly regarded)
* Ability to manage multiple revenue streams, including ancillary operations such as a car wash
* Calm, professional approach to problem-solving and guest issues
* Physically fit, reliable, and highly organised
An Approved Manager's Ticket is highly regarded. First Aid, Police Clearance, and a current Driver's Licence are required (or willingness to obtain).
