About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Public Area Cleaner to join our on-site team in a full-time capacity.
You will be responsible for maintaining exceptional presentation standards across all common areas, including lobbies, lifts, amenities, and shared facilities. This role is essential in ensuring the property consistently reflects a clean, well-maintained, and high-end environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Clean and maintain all public areas including lobbies, lifts, corridors, amenities, and poolside spaces
* Replenish consumables and maintain storerooms in a tidy and organised state
* Spot-clean glass, stainless steel, and high-touch areas
* Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
* Complete periodic deep cleaning and project-based tasks
About You:
* Proven experience in commercial, hotel, or residential cleaning preferred
* Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to work
* Reliable and consistent, with pride in maintaining high standards
* Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures
* Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends where required
* Must have Australian work rights
