We’re partnering with several respected housing providers across Brisbane who are seeking experienced Housing Officers to join their tenancy teams. These roles are hands-on and community-focused, supporting tenants and helping deliver safe, sustainable housing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver tenancy services including allocations, rent management, inspections, and dispute resolution
Support compliance with tenancy legislation and organisational policies
Build robust relationships with tenants, contractors, and community partners
Maintain accurate tenancy records and contribute to reporting
Assist with service delivery improvements and team support
About You
You’re a detail-oriented, people-first professional who enjoys working in fast-paced environments and making a difference. You’ll bring:
Experience in tenancy management or residential property management
Working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively
Qualifications in housing, property, or community services (desirable)
