We are seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to join our high-performing marketing team. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to plan, develop and implement state-based marketing strategies, marketing communications and public relations activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a multi-region marketing strategy in collaboration with our group marketing team. You will lead the marketing plan and calendar of activities and events, maintaining consistency with our brand guidelines.
You will conceptualise and develop content for all campaigns: storytelling, planning and implementation in multimedia formats. You will also optimise ways of working with sales teams and other internal and external teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
You will maximise traditional and digital media, including television, radio, print, out-of-home and online display advertisements for tactical retail and branding campaigns. You will deliver innovative and creative concepts to increase brand awareness and customer enquiries.
You will manage media schedules, budgets and annual expenditure, as well as evaluate all campaigns, media activity, website analytics, display home traffic, including assessment and ROI reporting.
You will also manage events, including but not limited to display open days, VIP nights and customer information evenings.
