About the Role

We're on the hunt for a commercially-minded Account Manager to join our fast-paced, rapidly scaling team. You'll be responsible for driving restaurant success on the EatClub platform - optimising partner performance, strengthening retention, and contributing to the revenue growth of your portfolio. This isn’t your standard AM role - our team consults on pricing strategy, venue performance, and operational improvements that directly impact a venue’s bottom line.

The right person will bring strong relationship and communication skills, an eye for commercial value, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves in a high-growth startup. You’ll report into a Regional Manager, and work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.

EatClub is a fast-growing Australian tech company helping restaurants unlock untapped revenue through dynamic pricing and AI-driven promotional tools. Co-founded by chef Marco Pierre White and backed by global VC firms, we’re bringing hotel-style yield management to the restaurant world - empowering venues to fill empty seats during off-peak times.

With operations across Australia (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Gold Coast and more), we’re helping thousands of restaurants increase profitability while giving diners better access to great food at great prices.

We’ve just completed a major funding round, launched a new product suite, and are building out our team to meet rising demand and expansion into new markets.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Manage a portfolio of restaurants and serve as their trusted advisor
* Use platform data and insights to help venues optimise their performance and maximise revenue
* Guide restaurants through setup, activation, and performance improvement cycles
* Identify and action commercial growth opportunities - including feature adoption, marketing packages, and integrations
* Monitor venue performance and intervene early to support ongoing success
* Provide tailored support and maintain long-term, high-trust relationships
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to share feedback, improve tools, and shape the partner experience

Who You Are

* A natural communicator and relationship builder with a commercial mindset
* Analytical thinker who can read the numbers and turn them into actionable insights
* Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where no two days look the same
* Curious about the intersection of food and tech, and excited by building real-world impact
* Proactive, organised, and motivated to own outcomes for your partners

What You’ll Need

* 1-3 years in an account management, customer success, or sales role
* Experience working to retention or revenue targets
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* A collaborative, team-first attitude
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* A car and licence (this is a field-based role with travel to venues)
* Experience in hospitality, tech, or marketplaces is a bonus
