The Opportunity at a Glance
A contemporary architecture, interior design, and property consulting studio is seeking a Marketing & Brand Content Designer to drive day‐to‐day marketing execution across digital channels. The business specialises in high‐end residential and commercial environments and is known for its refined, modern aesthetic.
You'll work closely with the Director, who leads overall strategy, and play a hands‐on role bringing the brand to life through content, social media, campaigns, and coordination with an external marketing agency. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organised, and confident presenting a brand visually and digitally.
How You'll Make an Impact
You'll be responsible for ensuring the brand shows up consistently, beautifully, and engagingly across all digital touchpoints.
Your Key Contributions Will Include
* Executing daily social media activity across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
* Creating on‐brand visual content including graphics, carousels, short‐form videos, and reels
* Writing engaging captions and short‐form copy aligned with a premium design aesthetic
* Managing posting schedules, comments, messages, and community engagement
* Coordinating with an external marketing agency to execute campaigns, content, and updates
* Organising brand assets and maintaining clean, consistent content libraries
* Supporting campaign rollouts, project launches, and content updates
* Tracking engagement, reach, and performance metrics and sharing monthly insights
* Monitoring trends and recommending improvements to content style and timing
What We're Looking For – You're the Perfect Fit if You
* Are based in the Philippines and seeking a full‐time remote role
* Have 3+ years of experience in marketing, digital communications, or social media coordination
* Are strong in editing, online aesthetics, and brand presentation
* Can confidently create engaging visual content and graphics using Canva or similar tools
* Have strong copywriting skills for captions, short‐form content, and marketing communications
* Understand how content and marketing support brand growth, engagement, and lead generation
* Can interpret basic analytics and translate insights into content improvements
* Have a strong portfolio or active social media account that showcases your creative and content work (required)

* Familiarity with premium or design‐driven brand presentation

Work Schedule & Employment Terms
* Full‐Time | Monday to Friday
* Remote role for Philippine‐based candidates only
