Programs and Risk
As a graduate within our Programs and Risk team, you will gain hands‐on experience across a broad range of service areas:
* Internal Audit: Provide advisory services for internal audit strategy, function uplift, and audits across strategy, processes, people, projects and technology. Deliver technology‐driven compliance audit services and performance reviews in emerging areas such as risk culture, cyber security, cloud control, AI and automation, eP3M and regulatory compliance.
* Governance, Risk and Compliance: Support clients to achieve risk and compliance objectives, de‐risk operations, programmes and new initiatives through upfront advice, framework establishment and assurance services. Partner with eGRC technology providers.
* Program Excellence: Support clients with planning, delivery and impact of programmes, policies and initiatives. Assist in translating policy directives into implementation‐ready programmes, selecting funding models and working with third‐party partners. Provide assurance that transformative programmes are delivered as intended.
Cyber
As a graduate within our Cyber team, you will gain hands‐on experience across a broad range of service areas:
* Cyber & Tech Risk: Increase public trust in government digital services. Deliver advisory and assurance, privacy and data governance, digital identity, technology implementation and ongoing security operations.
* Cyber Advisory: Identify, measure and manage cyber and technology risks. Perform threat, risk and maturity assessments against industry frameworks, develop cyber strategies and operating models, and support large‐scale cyber transformation programmes that reduce risk. Assist clients with ISO 27001, ASD Essential Eight (E8) and NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) and leading GRC platforms.
Qualifications
* Final year of degree completing by March 2027, or graduate degree completed in 2025.
* Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident.
* Canberra roles require Australian citizenship to obtain NV1 clearance.
