About the role
As the Registered Nurse, you are responsible for providing clinical leadership to staff and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements to enable us to continue to deliver a high standard of care, services, and most importantly, a quality lifestyle for our residents.
What you bring
* Registered Nurse with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Minimum 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse
* Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the legislation governing aged care
* Ability to support and lead a multidisciplinary team
* Knowledge of restrictive practices and behavioural management
* Experience in a clinical leadership role with the ability to manage day-to-day clinical issues
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
