Key duties:
* Monitor gaming floor and ensure a safe, welcoming environment
* Cash handling and daily reconciliations
* Customer service and resolving enquiries
* Beverage service to patrons
* Maintain cleanliness and machine functionality
* Follow gaming regulations and procedures
What you need:
* NSW RSA & RCG (essential)
* ARCG (advantage)
* 2+ years’ experience preferred
* Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends)
* Positive attitude and attention to detail
Gaming Attendant / Relief Supervisor

Key duties:
* Lead shifts and support frontline staff
* Oversee gaming, bar, restaurant & reception operations
* Manage opening/closing, reporting, and compliance
* Handle escalated customer issues
* Financial reconciliations and cash control
* Support functions and events
What you need:
* NSW RSA, RCG & ARCG (distinct advantage)
* Strong all-round club experience (gaming, bar, TAB/Keno)
* Leadership and problem-solving skills
* Calm under pressure with great communication
* Flexible availability across a 7-day roster
