You must have: Advanced data management skills — and the ability to appreciate the value of investing time in building, managing, and nurturing deep talent pools. A natural ability to build client relationships and consult — you’ll be driven to connect with clients, understand their business, and offer genuine advice and solutions. The confidence and commercial acumen to negotiate retained work — this is not a transactional, volume-based model. You’ll be helping clients understand the long-term value of investing in quality recruitment partnerships. About the work: Pinstripe Recruitment specialises in permanent, full-time recruitment for white-collar roles across Australia.
