This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and develop strategic partnerships with key customers in the Western Australian mining sector.


Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team and lead the development of new business opportunities, manage existing customer relationships, and deliver exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' experience in sales or customer-facing roles within the mining industry, with a strong network and relationships with mining customers.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to understand customer requirements deeply and recommend effective grinding media solutions. They will also be responsible for monitoring product performance on site, gathering feedback, and continuously improving service delivery.

This role requires frequent travel to mine sites around WA to engage directly with customers, understand their operational conditions first-hand, and build strong personal connections. All travel expenses will be fully covered by the company.


Key Requirements

* At least 10 years' experience in a sales or customer-facing role within the mining industry.
* Strong network and relationships with mining customers; experience in grinding media is not essential but an advantage.
* Willingness and enthusiasm for regular travel to mine sites across Western Australia.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine customer-centric mindset.
* Proven track record in delivering sales results and managing accounts independently.
* Strong organisation skills with the ability to plan strategically for each site, contract, and opportunity.
* Motivated self-starter comfortable working remotely while maintaining discipline.
* Valid Australian driver's licence.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software preferred.
