Are you a payroll professional of any level, with Dayforce experience looking to jump into a role immediately? We are seeking a temporary Payroll Officer to join a large, reputable Aged Care organization based in Parramatta.
This is a busy, high-volume environment where you will manage the end-to-end processing for a diverse workforce. This role is perfect for someone who is technically savvy and comfortable navigating the complexities of shift-based payroll.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage high-volume, end-to-end payroll processing for a large staff base.
* Handle complex calculations related to shift work, including various allowances and penalty rates.
* Administer specific payroll items such as uniform and meal allowances.
* Oversee corporate payroll requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Maintain up-to-date payroll records and resolve queries from the broader team.
What we are looking for
* System Expertise: Proficiency in Dayforce is an absolute essential for this role.
* Technical Skills: A strong understanding of shift-based payroll, including penalties and allowances.
* Availability: Must be available to start immediately on a temporary contract basis.
* Attributes: High attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure organisation.
