Associate - Audiovisual Sales and Operations
AVPartners provide end-to-end audiovisual and event production solutions to premier venues to create extraordinary events.
We are building our new team to support our new in-house partnership with The Ritz-Carlton, Perth.
The conferencing and events industry is fast-paced and dynamic, and our on-site team at The Ritz-Carlton, Perth will be offering world-class services, including:
Live events - gala dinners, conferences, trade shows, product launches and weddings
Hybrid and Online events
Theming, Staging and Styling
The opportunity
We currently have a fantastic opportunity available for a passionate, experienced Sales and Operations Associate to join the team.
Reporting to the Venue Partner, you will provide leadership and guidance to ensure we meet and exceed the service standards expected of each event.

Requirements
Experience with live events
Professional presentation
Excellent problem-solving ability
Detail-oriented mindset
Demonstrated methodical planning experience
Team leadership experience Experience with audiovisual and event staging technology (desirable)
Experience as an audio-visual technician or technical events logistics experience (desirable)
Business and/or management experience (desirable)
Responsibilities
Maintain exceptional customer service to clients and the venue
Regularly liaise with customers
Lead the team and manage financial performance
Engage with operational practices including rostering, purchasing and logistics
