The Opportunity
MinRes is seeking motivated Site Administrators to support the Haulage operations at Hope Downs 2.
Based on an 8D 6RR roster FIFO from Perth. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment We want someone who has a 'can-do attitude' and is eager to contribute to our busy team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to site management and staff, including roster management, leave management, travel coordination, scheduling meetings and issuing correspondence.
* Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders, including operations, HR, payroll, safety, training, mobilisations and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
* Working closely with our people logistics team, booking travel and logistics, managing rosters and any changes that come up on a day-to-day basis.
* Liaise with subcontractors to arrange travel and accommodation requirements.
* Raise requisitions, receipting purchase orders as directed by the Site Manager and following up on invoices.
* Support employees with timesheet entry queries and ensure cost codes are allocated in the relevant systems.
* Act as a liaison between the site and corporate offices, handling inquiries and ensuring timely communication of relevant information.
What is required?
* Demonstrated experience in a similar site-based administration or customer facing role
* Great organisational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Detail-oriented, proactive, with a strong ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Experience using mobilisation and flight management software (INX and SAM)
* Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills
