Join our fast‐paced Directory Services team as a Power BI Developer to deliver a next‐generation Modern Authentication environment. You will be part of a cross‐functional team developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise authentication and authorisation in a hybrid cloud/on‐premises environment.

What role will you play?
* Design, develop, and deploy innovative Power BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data models that empower decision‐making across the business.
* Integrate Power BI with cloud data sources such as Azure and AWS to ensure accuracy and reliability.
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable analytics.
* Interpret complex data sets and deliver meaningful insights using strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.
* Manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast‐paced environment, support and enhance existing BI solutions, and provide training or documentation to drive adoption.
What You Offer (Qualifications)
* Extensive experience with SQL, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and integrating Power BI with cloud data sources.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
* Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik) and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) are advantageous.
* Background in Agile development methodologies and knowledge of Python or R for data analysis are valuable.
* Experience in financial, healthcare, or retail analytics domains is highly regarded.
