Overview

Role

As a Business Development Manager, you won't just be selling products; you'll be finding solutions for trade and industrial clients and building long-term, loyal relationships. This is a full-time position designed for a self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities
* Relationship Management: Build rapport with key stakeholders and effectively manage a diverse customer base.
* Strategic Growth: Develop and implement sales plans to attract new customers and grow existing accounts.
* Market Analysis: Analyze sales and customer data to identify and capture new market opportunities.
* Sales Excellence: Achieve sales, margin, and product mix targets while delivering outstanding customer service.
* Outreach: Confidently engage in cold calling and professional networking as required.
About You

You are an enthusiastic sales expert with a \"can-do\" attitude and a knack for negotiation. You understand the financials of a business and have the grit to work autonomously to meet your KPIs.

Requirements
* Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Account Manager, or in a similar B2B sales role.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills.
* Strong computer literacy and a professional phone manner.
* A background or comprehensive understanding of the trade and industrial sectors is highly advantageous.
* Valid working rights in Australia.
