The company seeks an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer, supporting Digga's growth while ensuring that all materials produced meet relevant industry standards.
The Quality Manager will manage and continuously improve the Quality Management System and ISO9001 for the Digga Group, and must possess experience in the following areas.
Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for the management and continuous improvement of the Quality Management system
* Lead, manage and influence Digga on appropriate industry quality standards
* Conduct internal audits and support external audits to ensure compliance to the Quality Management system and ISO accreditation
* Continuously improve, implement, and maintain policies, standards, and procedures
* Prepare and submit routine reports as required
* Create initiatives to enhance overall customer service satisfaction
* Foster a strong quality culture within the organisation, including delivery of internal training programs on Digga's quality system
* Work with and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience
* Demonstrated leadership experience in a related role
* Qualifications in internal auditing, quality, or related fields
* Minimum five years' experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
* In‑depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant standards
* Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to managing business requirements
* High level of communication and problem‑solving skills

Although not essential, a background in machinery design, automotive or mining equipment would be an advantage.
