Key responsibilities:
* Deliver advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network systems, including diagnosing and resolving complex incidents and escalations.
* Design and execute system tests (integration, regression, performance) and maintain quality assurance standards to ensure reliability and compliance.
* Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test plans, operational manuals, and accurate reporting of incidents and resolutions.
* Collaborate with stakeholders (users, developers, vendors) to resolve issues, implement improvements, and provide technical training and guidance to staff.
* Manage IT infrastructure across cloud and hybrid environments, including device imaging, application deployment, and system upgrades.
* Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis, process optimisation, and proactive recommendations.
What do I need to be successful in this role?
* Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in technical support, systems administration, or similar IT role.
* Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across hardware, software, and networks.
* Experience with system testing, documentation, and compliance standards.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
