You must hold a current Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (Agents Representative Certificate) and a current Police check. (Or be willing to complete and able to obtain both within a set period)
**The Position**
A motivated self-starter, your commitment to the provision of effective and efficient property management will reward you with a challenging role where you will be responsible for;
- Preparation of lease and contract documents for residential properties
- Coordinating maintenance between owners, renters, and service providers
- Routine, ingoing, and outgoing property inspections & reporting
- Conducting open house and property viewings
- Advertising properties for lease
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders i.e.., Local Government & legal representative
- Other administration task as required.
**About you.**
- Have experience in a similar role and hold a current Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (Agents Representative Certificate).
- Have experience in property law or compliance clauses enabling interpretation and ability to follow procedures
- Have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Are a courteous and respectful manner with great common sense
- Are organised, motivated and detail orientated
- Have excellent Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
- Can adapt to a changing workload an environment
