Job Description:
As the lead psychologist, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the delivery of clinical services across the Centre. Approximately 30% of your role will be conducting assessments and providing intervention to a range of complex clients, with the remaining portion providing quality leadership and support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
* Experience supervising or mentoring clinical staff
* Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
* A collaborative, outcomes-focused approach
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
* Resilience, authenticity and a commitment to evidence-based practice
