Web Development Lead
The Web Development Lead will be responsible for building the presentation layer for web applications. As lead, you will oversee development teams and ensure delivery of high‐quality front‐end solutions, while also having the capability to work on back‐end components such as content management systems (Drupal, WordPress).
Experience: 5 to 7 years of professional work as part of a development technology team.
Core focus: front‐end technologies, but back‐end skills are highly desired.
PHP Team Lead / Technical Lead
Lead the development of PHP web applications using Object‐Oriented MVC architecture. Responsibilities include establishing code development standards, writing complex SQL queries, collaborating with HTML & Design teams for front‐end development, and participating in design and deployment of new features.

* Social network integration and performance‐oriented coding.
* Knowledge of SEO, accessibility, and front‐end performance best practices.
Software Engineer (1–2 Years)
Develop and integrate web portals using ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server environments. Familiarity with .NET 2.0/3.5/4.0 and SQL Server 2008, including Reporting Services, is advantageous.
* Experience with designing and integrating web portals with ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server.
* Strong communication skills and understanding of SDLC.
* Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, XML, and Visual Studio.NET.
* Knowledge of OOP techniques and ability to work collaboratively.
* Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services and complex T‐SQL scripting.
Project and Development Responsibilities
* Work closely with Project Managers, BD team, and other developers to produce detailed specification documents and timelines.
* Produce project estimates during the sales process, including expertise required and estimated development hours.
* Attend client meetings during the sales process and development.
* Gather requirements from clients/stakeholders and develop prototypes.
* Collaborate with clients and Project Managers to build graphics for web sites; proficiency with Photoshop, Fireworks, Flash, or equivalents.
* Convert raw images and layouts from a graphic designer into CSS/XHTML themes.
* Identify appropriate architecture and technical solutions and make recommendations to clients.
* Communicate progress and delays accurately to the Project Manager.
* Alert colleagues to emerging technologies with potential integration opportunities.
* Contribute to the community of the chosen CMS.
* Develop innovative, reusable Web‐based tools.
Software Sales (Digital Marketing Services & Web Design)
* Responsible for a 100% new‐business sales role based on win‐and‐retain principles.
* Sell a full portfolio of e‐commerce and web solutions, including digital marketing services, to clients across SME and Enterprise verticals.
* Leverage lead generation, SEO, and PPC campaigns, while maintaining a proactive cold‐calling mindset.
