About The Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated yard hand to join our dealership team. This role ensures vehicles are presented to the highest standard and the dealership yard is well‐organized and maintained.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive cars to and from service bays, storage areas or display spots.
* Assist with deliveries and pickups.
* Prepare cars for test drives or customer viewing.
* Ensure vehicles are parked neatly and safely.
* Keep track of inventory locations for sales staff.
* Wash, vacuum, and detail vehicles.
* Perform basic upkeep of dealership grounds (trash removal, sweeping).
* Help customers locate vehicles on the lot.
* Assist sales teams with vehicle presentation.
* Occasionally transport vehicles to other dealership branches.
* Provide general yard maintenance and vehicle detailing.
Skills & Requirements
* Valid driver's license with a clean record.
* Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
* Physical stamina for outdoor work and frequent vehicle handling.
